【摘要】:ThisPublicliAvailableSpecification(PAS)specifiesrequirementsforthedesign,testing,factoryproductioncontrol,installationanduserdocumentation,andmarkingfordifferenttypesandconfigurationsofbuildingskirtsystemintendedforthetemporarysealingoftheabovegroundexternalfacesofbuildingsandproperties,intheeventoffloodwaterrisinguptoanominallevel,notexceeding900mm,abovegroundlevel,foruseintheUKorlocationswithsimilarexposures,i.e.wherethereisatemperateclimateandadvancedwarningoffloodingisavailable.ThisPASspecifiesthemethodoftestingandanyallowableleakagerateforabovegroundcomponents.Therangeofbuildingsizescoveredisgovernedbythesystemconstraints,buttheoreeicallythesystemcouldbeinstalledtoprovideprotectiontoanysizeofbuilding.
