【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcoverstherequirementsforandtestingofsealantsforuseinoneormoreofthefollowingapplications:a)Manufacturingofinsulatingglassunitswhereultra-violetresistanceand/ormechanicalresistance(structuraluse)oftheinsulatingglassedgesealisrequired.b)ManufacturingoffactorymadestructuralsealantglazingelementswhenreferredtobytherelevantEuropeanStandardsand/orEuropeanTechnicalApprovalGuidelines.c)Assemblingofglassproductsintoorontosupports,wherealsoultra-violetresistanceand/ormechanicalresistance(structuraluse)ofthesealisrequired,undercontrolledenvironmentalconditionsasdescribedinClause5ofEN13022-2-2006.NOTE1Therequiredlevelofresistancetoultra-violetexposurewillbedependentuponthedegreeofexposuretoultra-violetradiation.NOTE2Onlysiliconebasedsealantsarepermittedfortheapplicationsa,bandcabove.d)Manufacturingofinsulatingglassunitswheretheoutersealoftheinsulatingglasshasnostructuralfunctionandexposuretoultra-violetradiationisreducedforexampleeitherby:i)Useofglasscomponentsthatdecreasetheultra-violetradiationtransmission,e.g.laminatedglasswithultra-violetabsorbinginterlayer(s),screenenamelledprinting,etc.,orii)Useofdurableappliedopaquesurfacecoverings,e.g.metalcomponents,etc.NOTE3Dependentupontheamountofultra-violetradiationexposurebothorganicandsiliconebasedsealantsarepermitted.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverstheevaluationofconformityandthefactoryproductioncontrolwithrespecttotheproductionofsealantsinconformitywiththisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribestheroleofsealantsthatareinconformitywiththisEuropeanStandard,withrespecttosealingandbonding.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytosealantsforthemanufactureofinsulatingglassunitswherethesealisfullyprotected,i.e.byaframe,fromultra-violetradiation.NOTE4SealantsforthisapplicationshouldcomplywithEN1279-4.ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsotheraspectsofimportancefortrade.
