【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesstatisticalmethodsforevaluatingpointestimates,confidenceintervals,predictionintervalsandtoleranceintervalsforthefailurerateofitems,whosetimetofailurefollowsanexponentialdistribution.Thisimpliesthatthefailurerate(seeIEV191-12-02)isconstantwithrespecttotime.Itshouldbenotedthatalthoughreferenceismadeabovetofailurerate,thenumericalmethodstobedescribedareequallyapplicabletoothereventratesprovidedthetimestotheoccurrenceoftheeventfollowanexponentialdistribution.Thus,withthisqualification,thenumericalmethodswillapply,forexample,toconstantfailureintensitiesandconstantrepairrates(seeIEV191-12-04andIEV191-13-02respectively).Forconvenience,however,andtoavoidunnecessaryrepetition,referencewillbemadeinwhatfollowsonlytofailuresandfailurerates.Useoftheproceduresinthisstandardshouldbesupportedbyteststoconfirmthevalidityoftheassumptionofconstantfailurerateorfailureintensity(seeIEC60605-6).Thisstandardisalsoapplicablewheneverarandomsampleofitemsissubjectedtoatestoftimestofailureforthepurposeofestimatingmeasuresofreliabilityperformance.

【摘要】:ISO13628-6:2006isapplicabletodesign,fabrication,testing,installationandoperationofsubseaproductioncontrolsystems.ISO13628-6:2006coverssurfacecontrolsystemequipment,subsea-installedcontrolsystemequipmentandcontrolfluids.Thisequipmentisutilizedforcontrolofsubseaproductionofoilandgasandforsubseawaterandgasinjectionservices.Whereapplicable,ISO13628-6:2006canbeusedforequipmentonmultiple-wellapplications.ISO13628-6:2006establishesdesignstandardsforsystems,subsystems,componentsandoperatingfluidsinordertoprovideforthesafeandfunctionalcontrolofsubseaproductionequipment.ISO13628-6:2006containsvarioustypesofinformationrelatedtosubseaproductioncontrolsystems.Theyareinformativedatathatprovideanoverviewofthearchitectureandgeneralfunctionalityofcontrolsystemsforthepurposeofintroductionandinformation;basicprescriptivedatathatshallbeadheredtobyalltypesofcontrolsystem;selectiveprescriptivedatathatarecontrol-system-typesensitiveandshallbeadheredtoonlywhentheyarerelevant;optionaldataorrequirementsthatneedbeadoptedonlywhenconsiderednecessaryeitherbythepurchaserorthevendor.Inviewofthediversenatureofthedataprovided,controlsystempurchasersandspecifiersareadvisedtoselectfromISO13628-6:2006onlytheprovisionsneededfortheapplicationathand.Failuretoadoptaselectiveapproachtotheprovisionscontainedhereincanleadtooverspecificationandhigherpurchasecosts.ReworkandrepairofusedequipmentarebeyondthescopeofISO13628-6:2006.
