【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofequipmentforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuideoncablingsystemsdealswithawiderangeofactivitiesandmaybeusedforanyoralloftheseactivitiesbyselectionoftherelevantpartse.g.:-provisionofsupportforcable;-layingofcable;-completionofcableends;TheGuidecoverstheinstallationofpowercableuptoandincluding20,8/36(42)kVandthesupplyandinstallationofcontrolandinstrumentationcable.ThesupplyofpowercableiscoveredbyEN45510-2-8.TheGuideincludestheinstallationofprotectiveconductorcableforearthingandequipotentialbondinguptothemainearthingbusbar(s),butnotthebelowgroundearth-electrodenetwork.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,-predictedperformanceisachieved,-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized,-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved,-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry,-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
