【摘要】:ISO14814:2006establishesacommonframeworktoachieveunambiguousidentificationinITS/RTTT(IntelligentTransportSystems/RoadTransportandTrafficTelematics)AVI/AEI(AutomaticVehicleIdentification/AutomaticEquipmentIdentification)applications.ThisschemeandReferenceArchitectureModelisdesignedtobean"enabling"structuretoallowinteroperabilitybetweendifferentcommercialsystems,andnotprescriptiveindetermininganyonesystem.Itisnotfrequency-norairinterfaceprotocol-specific,providesmaximuminteroperability,hasahighpopulationcapability,andprovidesthepossibilityofupwardsmigrationtomorecapablesystems.ISO14814:2006providesareferencestructurewhichenablesanunambiguousidentificationandalsoidentifiesthedataconstructasanITS/RTTTmessage.TheconstructalsoidentifieswhichITS/RTTTdatastructureiscontainedinthemessage.
