【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofhaul-offsusedinextrusionlinesforprocessingplasticsandrubberforthehazardsidentifiedinclause4.Thefollowingkindsofhaul-offsarecovered:?caterpillarhaul-offs;?belthaul-offs;?capstanhaul-offs;?beltcapstanhaul-offs;?rollerhaul-offs.Themachinebeginsatthematerialinletopeningandendsatthematerialoutlet.Cuttingunitswhichareintegratedwithorattachedtothehaul-offarenotcovered.Take-offdevicesusedatfilmorsheetlinesarenotcovered.Chemical,toxicologicalandfirehazardswhichcouldoccurforexampleincontinuousvulcanisationplantsduetothematerialsprocessedarenotdealtwith.Unwindingandwindingmachinesarenotsubjecttothisstandard.TheyarebeingdealtwithinaseparatestandardbeingproducedbyanotherworkinggroupofCEN/TC145.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletohaul-offswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisdocument.
